Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 2 business days by Fire and Earth Teaware staff excluding US national holidays.
Processing and Shipping Location
All orders with less than 5 items with the same style will be shipped from the United States. If there are more than 5 of the same item/style ordered, orders may ship from China.
Domestic Shipping Timeline (United States only)
First Class: 3 - 5 Business Days
Priority: 1 - 3 Business Days
Merchandise Processing and Shipping Timeline
All merchandise is made to order and follows different processing, fulfillment, and shipping than tea/teaware. All merchandise will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days (within the US).
